The Navy RAF Regiment 1, commonly referred to as the RAF Regiment, is a specialized ground force within the Royal Air Force (RAF) responsible for protecting airfields and RAF assets. Their primary roles include force protection, close combat training, deployment and operations and logistics support. Overall, the RAF Regiment plays a vital role in ensuring that air operations can be conducted safely and effectively, both at home and abroad.
